OUR DELTA-8 Wax/Dabs SERVICES

We have several service options that we offer when clients work with us.

1. "Blank Package" Services

This is our most simple, straightforward, and affordable srvice. You will recieve your dabs - coming in a long, sleek package - without labels or packaging. After recieving product, you can distirbute your sheet of D8 wax into individual packages or sell as is. This is our cheapest option to hit the ground running on your brand - but we do not recommend this route if you are not familiar with the process of sourcing packaging.

2. Private-Label/Customized Product and Packaging Service

When you choose this option, your products will arrive completely pre-packaged and ready to sell. Our team will work closely with you and walk you through the process of getting products launched. Additionally, we will also check your product packaging for regulation compliance. Terpfusion also handles most of our printing in-house - which considerably speeds up lead times.

Don't have design chops? That's no problem! We have in-house label/packaging design available for a slight upcharge.

Legalities of D-8
Delta-8 THC is legal to sell according to federal and most state laws. According to the 2018 farm bill, all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, analogs, etc.) are completely legal in the United States as long as they do not contain more than .3% Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 THC is a derivitive of hemp, so it's legal to sell as long as products contain less than .3% Delta-9 THC - which our products do! 

A few states have laws that conflict with the farm bill - so do your research to see if Delta-8 THC is legal to sell in your state.
